Our Yoga classes are based on Vinyasa Yoga. In these classes you are invited to flow with the breath in continuous movement in and out of your postures like the waves of the ocean. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace and welcome to modify the postures to meet their current physical needs/abilities.
