ZUMBA^®

What is a Zumba fitness class like? It’s a very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You’ll forget you’re working out with the simple move. It includes music like Latin, Hip Hop, Cha Cha, Salsa, Rumba and more. Best of all, you don’t need any previous dance experience!

It’s fun and effective aerobic workout while at the same time targetting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.

The workout is basically watch and follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they’re not complicated. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every now and then to spice things up even more!

This high to low-impact cardio dance class fuses a variety of Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow dance steps for a fun, high-energy workout.

All instructors often add on their own music choices and choreographies to make their class presentation locally unique.

YOGA

Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing.

With every breath of Yoga connect with your body. Our yoga classes are designed for different difficulty levels, so whether you are looking for an intense full-body workout with Power Yoga, a relaxing rejuvenating experience with Restorative Yoga, there is a class for you.

Our Yoga classes are based on Vinyasa Yoga. In these classes you are invited to flow with the breath in continuous movement in and out of your postures like the waves of the ocean. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace and welcome to modify the postures to meet their current physical needs/abilities.

Listen to your body, examine, breathe. Each practice is unique, yours alone.
