Question: Is yoga fun?
Answer: Yes, it’s great exercise and a good way to meet to people.

Question: Can do Yoga even if I’m not flexible?
Answer:Indeed you can! Yoga isn’t necessarily to show off how flexible you are. It’s purpose is to make you more flexible over time. Everyone starts out simple and works there way to more advanced Yoga. You will surely find a style of Yoga that fits your needs.

Question: Will performing Yoga make my muscles sore?
Answer:It isn’t uncommon for sore muscles to be a factor, especially if you’re just starting out. Much like any workout routine, overdoing it can and probably will cause soreness, but the more you perform it, the less likely it is for you to be achy or stiff.

Question: How should I choose a Yoga style?
Answer:If you do not have a particular style, you’re not alone. You’re a new participant and perhaps you should take a few of our Hatha classes to learn a bit more about Yoga. There are many Yoga styles, some slower paced and some fast paces styles. So try not to get turned off when trying a style you’re not familiar with.

Question: What is the best music to listen to?
Answer:There’s no music that will not work. Listen to something shiny, something with a beat; essentially anything that fuels you.
