Teen Yoga (ages: 13-16 years)
Uplifting and supportive, this class provides gentle yet profound techniques to help build strength, flexibility and body awareness. Through mindfulness and self-acceptance, discover ways to de-stress from the pressures and expectations of daily life. Each class offers active asana (poses), balance work, breath work (pranayama) and relaxation. All teens welcome.
