Yoga Ann Arbor
Welcome to Yoga Ann Arbor at Peachy Fitness! We are a small friendly yoga studio in Ann Arbor that provides yoga for beginners as well as long time yogis. Our yoga classes include Candlelit Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Better Backs Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Family Yoga & Mommy & Me Yoga. Our friendly, energetic & experienced fitness instructors are here to uplift you in each yoga class. They customize the yoga classes to fit the energy level & request of our yogis. Some yoga classes are strictly for women’s only and some are mixed gender. Choose from any or all of our Yoga Ann Arbor classes. Please remember it’s your practice, your best teacher resides within you. We ask you to listen to your body according to your needs. Any yoga pose can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. However, the key is to start from a Beginners yoga class or a Restorative yoga class. Using the right props during your yoga class makes your practice more comfortable. Yoga props such as blocks, straps & bolsters are available to use at our yoga studio in Ann Arbor. You are welcome to use free yoga mats during your practice. Yoga classes at our studio are small in size. Smaller class size means students get individual attention and hands on adjustment if needed during yoga classes. Most of our licensed yoga teachers give head and shoulder massage and some also uses essential oils during Shavasana. Candlelit Yoga: Relax & Renew
April 17 – June 05
A slow – flowing, calming yoga class in Ann Arbor to hep you unwind from the day and quiet your mind. Each class will lead you through the sequence of gentle asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Emphasis is on slow and mindfull movements that synchronize the breath and body to foster a restfull inner atmosphere. Recommended for all- levels looking for a soothing and relaxing yoga experience. We encourage beginner yogis to try out candlelit yoga class. Yoga before bed time, will de-stressed your entire day’s of aches, pains & anxiety. Bedtime yoga routine will give you a good night’s sleep. Monday night yoga class will help you loosen up your tense muscle and you will get you ready for the entire week! As an added bonus, bed time Yoga will help you relax!
Slow Flow Yoga
April 13 – May 25

Restorative Yoga relieves back pain by strengthening and stretching the muscles that support the spine and helps to prevent future injury. During each yoga class, you will use bolsters, straps, blocks and blankets to help you feel comfortable within each yoga pose, helping you get a deeper opening in places that tend to store tension. This yoga class is designed to provide you with extra energy to get you through that afternoon drag and keep you invigorated throughout the day!
