Zumba for Teenz and Tweenz
Come for the Latin-inspired Zumba dance party. Stay for the total body workout that includes cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and a serious dose of confidence-boosting awesomeness. A great fitness class option that is a bit more challenging for older youth. Both boys and girls are welcome. No dance or fitness experience needed, we embrace all levels of movement! Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and sneakers, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated as we rock it out!
