Corporate Classes Ann Arbor

Sessions are available in 8 - 10-week series with class duration generally ranging 45 minutes to 60 minutes, which can be modified to suit your needs.

Peachy Fitness offers a range of Yoga practices including Hatha, Restorative, Slow Flow, or Desk/Chair Yoga. We’d be happy to assist you in finding the style and time that would best for your group. On-Site Zumba™ Classes
Zumba™ is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.
