Corporate/Group Weekly Class

These fitness classes are often offered to employees during lunch hour or at the end of the work day. Sessions are available in 10 week series with class duration generally ranging 45 minutes to 60 minutes, which can be modified to suit your needs.
On-Site Yoga Classes
Peachy Fitness offers a range of Yoga practices including Hatha, Restorative, Slow Flow, or Desk/Chair Yoga. We’d be happy to assist you in finding the style and time that would best for your group. The benefits of Yoga as a mindfulness practice are well-known, including improved mood and increased productivity.
On-Site Zumba™ Classes
Zumba™ is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.
