Slow Flow Yoga
A slow flowing, calming yoga class in Ann Arbor to hep you unwind from the day and quiet your mind. Each class will lead you through the sequence of gentle asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Emphasis is on slow and mindfull movements that synchronize the breath and body to foster a restfull inner atmosphere. Recommended for all- levels looking for a soothing and relaxing yoga experience. We encourage beginner yogis to try out candlelit yoga class. Yoga before bed time, will de-stressed your entire day’s of aches, pains & anxiety. Bedtime yoga routine will give you a good night’s sleep. Monday night yoga class will help you loosen up your tense muscle and you will get you ready for the entire week! As an added bonus, bed time Yoga will help you relax!
