Tween Yoga & Mindfulness (ages: 8-13 years)
Physical health and mental well-being are essential components to happy living. Tween classes combine yoga poses, different breathing techniques, and guided meditation for building internal and external strength. Another important piece to these classes is fostering community. Tween yogis participate in partner and group poses and exercises, so they can support and learn from each other. Yoga is a deeply personal practice, and everyone should feel comfortable and safe in this space. Therefore, input from the students is a key component of these classes. Tween yoga classes are suitable for all levels, and everyone is welcome.
