Time for spring cleaning -- and positive changes! Now is the perfect time to get yourself on the right track. Here are some tips to kick off the season right:

  • Avoid junk food and soda as much as possible!
  • Don't miss breakfast!
  • Stay active throughout the day, even if it's a short walk.

Our Relax and Renew Yoga class for beginners in Ann Arbor is an easy way to feel rejuvenated! Come on Mondays at 6:30pm for a relief from the work day.
