How to Deal with Stress

We all know life can be challenging and stressful! Make sure you're staying active to combat daily stressors! It's recommended that you get at least thirty minutes of physical activity per day, and drink lots of water!  Our Tween Yoga class, as well as our other yoga classes, teach you how to control your breathing to ensure for a more restful week.
